Welcome to Michigan Marijuana Tours. By booking a tour, accessing our website, or participating in any experience, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully.

1. Eligibility Requirements

All participants must:

  • Be 21 years of age or older

  • Present a valid government-issued ID prior to participation

  • Comply with all applicable Michigan cannabis laws

Michigan Marijuana Tours reserves the right to deny participation to anyone who does not meet these requirements.

2. Nature of Services

Michigan Marijuana Tours provides:

  • Transportation to and from designated locations

  • Educational tours of licensed cannabis facilities

  • Curated cannabis-related experiences

We do not sell cannabis products. Any cannabis consumption is:

  • Optional

  • Conducted in compliance with Michigan law

3. Consumption Policy

  • Consumption is permitted only where legally allowed

  • No cannabis consumption is allowed on transportation vehicles

  • Guests are expected to consume responsibly

We reserve the right to remove any participant who:

  • Becomes excessively intoxicated

  • Disrupts the experience

  • Violates safety or legal guidelines

No refunds will be issued in such cases.

4. Transportation Rules

By participating in a tour:

  • You agree to follow all transportation safety rules

  • You acknowledge that the transportation provider may enforce additional policies

  • You understand that no smoking or vaping is allowed on the bus

Michigan Marijuana Tours is not responsible for delays caused by:

  • Traffic

  • Weather

  • Mechanical issues

  • Third-party vendors

5. Booking & Payments

  • All bookings must be paid in full at the time of reservation

  • Prices are subject to change without notice

  • Promotional codes must be applied at time of booking

We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule tours due to:

  • Low attendance

  • Operational constraints

  • Safety concerns

6. Cancellation & Refund Policy

  • Tours are non-refundable.

  • Should you be unable to attend your tour, contact Michigan Marijuana Tours. We will try to schedule  you for another tour based on availability. 

  • No-shows are not eligible for refunds

If Michigan Marijuana Tours cancels a tour, guests will receive:

  • A full refund or

  • The option to reschedule

7. Assumption of Risk

By participating, you acknowledge:

  • Cannabis consumption carries potential risks

  • You are voluntarily choosing to participate

  • You assume full responsibility for your actions and decisions

You agree that Michigan Marijuana Tours is not liable for:

  • Personal injury

  • Adverse reactions

  • Loss or damage to personal property

8. Waiver & Release of Liability

Participation in any tour requires agreement to a separate Liability Waiver, which includes:

  • Release of claims against Michigan Marijuana Tours

  • Acknowledgment of risks associated with transportation and cannabis-related activities

Failure to sign the waiver will result in denied participation without refund.

9. Code of Conduct

Guests must:

  • Treat staff, partners, and other guests respectfully

  • Follow all instructions from tour guides and facility operators

  • Comply with all local and state laws

We reserve the right to remove any guest for:

  • Disorderly behavior

  • Harassment

  • Illegal activity

10. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including text, branding, logos, and images, is the property of Michigan Marijuana Tours and may not be used without permission.

11. Privacy

Your use of our website is also governed by our Privacy Policy. We take reasonable steps to protect your personal information.

12. Third-Party Partners

Tours may include visits to third-party businesses (e.g., cultivation facilities).

Michigan Marijuana Tours is not responsible for:

  • The actions or policies of third-party vendors

  • Product quality or availability

13. Limitation of Liability
