All ticket purchases for Michigan Marijuana Tours are non-refundable. Once a booking is confirmed, no refunds will be issued for any reason, including but not limited to:

• Schedule conflicts

• Travel issues

• Personal circumstances

• Missed tours or late arrivals

Rescheduling Policy

If you are unable to attend your scheduled tour, you may request to reschedule your booking.

• Rescheduling requests must be made prior to your scheduled tour time

• New tour dates are subject to availability

• We will make reasonable efforts to accommodate your request

No-Shows & Late Arrivals

• Guests who do not show up for their scheduled tour are not eligible for rescheduling or refunds

• Operational issues

• Weather conditions

• Safety concerns

Guests will be offered:

• A rescheduled tour date, or

• A full refund
